The store for equipment and the home of the palace gardeners. You might think they would all be stone tounge whispers but in fact they keep many beast murmurers so they are able to safely tend the Beast Garden.
The gardeners area is much less regimented than the other imperial gardens, their boundless love of plants means they are happy for them to cover whole parts of the walls and floor without the restriction of their shears.
