Melsaran descended from the two High Kings of the Free Peoples, being the daughter of Aelar Lofus and the granddaughter of Aelarian II.
Born on 57 Murah 1539 in Castra Norba as the heir to the throne, her father Aelar abdicated in 1574 ADM, depriving her of the opportunity to prepare for rulership.
During her exile with her father, she met Everas Sevar. With her father's permission, she married him, breaking the strong bloodline of the Lofus family. In 2878 ADM, she bore a child with Everas Sevar, named Taena Lofus.
Melsaran passed away in 2881 ADM, reaching the age of 1341.
