Long ago during a time of chaos the Celestials came together to form a union under the leadership of the most powerful among them, to bring the chaos under control. This union counts some 20+ celestials who all together have control over certain mortal aspects of the world. The celestials outside of this union are known to be more chaotic and a reflection of the ways of the past.
