Xiknos, also known as the Moon Maiden, and the Night White Lady, is the Goddess of the Moon in the Celestial Pantheon. She holds the portfolios of the moon, stars, navigation, navigators, wanderers, questers, seekers, and non-evil lycanthropes. She held the mysterious power of the moon, the celestial force that governed the tides of the world and a mother's reproductive cycles, causing lycanthropes to change form and bring one to the brink of madness and back again. Her nature, appearance, and moods all changed in turn with the phases of the moon.
