Long Rest nerfs:
During short rest and long rest, a party member must use hit dice to heal lost HP. At the end of a Long rest, a character regains an amount of hit dice equal to 1d2 +1.
Only levels of exhaustion are removal during a Long rest, all other conditions require a saving throw made at the end of the long rest.
Full rest Changes:
A full rest is a day dedicated primarily to rest; it requires at least a 12-hour period spent resting and recuperating from your travels. During this time, players will gain a few hours of downtime to use however they see fit.
At the end of a full rest, all health and hit dice are returned to full; additionally, all conditions affecting a creature are removed, with the only exception being levels of exhaustion.
At the end of a full rest, the player loses two levels of exhaustion.
