A large stronghold built on the Rim of Old Eskor, a holding facility and military base for Authority soldiers. They hold prisoners and strip them of goods before dropping them into the Crater using Gigantic elevators. This base is one of the highest security places in all of Lumen, but only for creatures trying to escape to the waves it has rather weak security in regards to their elevators and the crater.
Often this base will send expeditions or merchants in to collect magical crystal, ore, or rare dungeon commodity from the spire within the continents center.
