Cadelia was the goddess of knowledge, divination, and travel in the old Targuite Pantheon. She, like most of her peers, is rarely worshipped in modern times, though milestones along many roads in Targues still bear her holy symbols. Some scholars believe her to be an aspect of Ilena.
