- Belaonar, along with his friend Triel Khalazza, was responsible for defacing some of the monuments to Erazin in the Temple of Light in Ordzina. They, along with some parishioners who caught them in the act, were captured by Gogloth and brought to the ruins of Yrandell, where the corrupted druid began to experiment on them.
- Triel claimed that Belaonar came up with the idea to deface the monuments; she only tagged along to ensure that he did not get into any trouble.
- Belaonar appears to have some knowledge of the Abyssal language and creatures. He was able to read passages in an Abyssal tome, and seemed to have understood most of the conversation between Feyndor and the Gatekeeper during their escape from Yrandell.
- Whatever Belaonar learned from this conversation seems to have tainted his view of Feyndor. When the party last saw him, he was unusually sullen, and did not show the joy or the curiosity that an acolyte normally would when meeting one of their gods in the flesh.
Belaonar is a young drow acolyte of Radan.
