Moon elves (also colloquially known as pallid elves) are native to the dark, dense forests of northern Irkasy. They were once known for their exquisite artistry and textiles, which sell for exorbitant prices after centuries of halted trade.
Given the heavy losses they suffered during the Century Wars(*), most pallid elves are hostile to humans and dwarves. Any traveler unfortunate enough to wander near their territory will most likely find themselves chased out by a volley of arrows.
