Griffons are a species of large quadruped avians found in mountainous areas throughout Aghera. Though they are capable of hunting humanoids with ease, they tend to go after smaller and less dangerous prey.
Griffons are coveted as mounts; they cover an incredible amount of ground and — though willful and challenging to train — make intelligent and loyal companions.
