Dwin II was the first Emperor of the reestablished Kolramite Empire after Galka the Infinite's reestablishment of the Empire. The second son of Graktus III, he was not expected to take the throne but nonetheless proved as effective Emperor and successfully defended his newborn realm from the forces of Pelegon during the Pelegonic Conquest.
