Leyli Odios Pelegon was the Shahanshah-consort of Pelegon Pelegon. She was a common girl, orphaned at a young age and employed as a servant in the Imperial Palace. She became a close friend and confidant of the young Shahanshah, as she was the only member of the serving staff who was his age. Despite several attempts by the Imperial Conclave and powerful lords to separate the two, Pelegon refused to allow her to be fired, imprisoned, or otherwise taken from him. When he turned sixteen and dismissed his regents, he immediately married Lelyli much to the shock and horror of the court, as Leyli was so baseborn as to not even possess a family name. Despite this, the two loved each other dearly, and Leyli was one of the only people known to have made the Shahanshah smile.
Leyli was often called the Turqoise Queen, as she usually wore colors of turquoise, blue, and green.
