The World's Eye, also called the Eternal Tempest, the Great Storm, the God's Eye, and the Great Spiral, is a gargantuan storm complex which covers nearly the entirety of the Sea of the Rising Sun. It is an incredibly violent and dangerous storm, with winds that can get fast enough to rip off people's clothes and tear skin if legends are to be believed. The edges of the World's Eye touch the western coasts of Avanar and Oboyan, the eastern coasts of the Shadowfell, Ya'ardamat, and the Feywilds, as well as the Jade Isles.
The Tempest has existed for all of known history, making it several millennia old. The Sky Giants' cities sit atop its clouds due to its longevity.
