Princess Bellia Odios Pelegon was the finalborn child of Pelegon I. Her long and scandalous life has been the subject of many books and plays in the Empire. She was a dragonrider, having been gifted a Wyvern from the Emperor of Xiao.
She was first married to Lord Gerion Goodfellow, and the match proved to be happy. The two did not love each other but were amicable and friendly, with Gerion being her best friend. When Gerion died, she was inconsolable for many months, and refused to take another husband for a year. Her next marriage, also arranged, was to Lord Barnabas Mannos. This was a far less happy marriage, and she is known to have quarreled openly with Lord Barnabas several times. She ran away from the Old Castle, called upon a ship, and fled to Xiao. In Xiao, she became a favorite mistress of the ruling Emperor Wu Liang and mothered three children to him. After Emperor Wu Liang was violently deposed, she fled the Dragon City, returning to Pelegon after more than a decade of absence with her children by the Emperor. She took up residence in Son's Rest as a guest of her daughter, the ruling Lady Hayata Goodfellow. She sparked up a romance with Lord Ajorion Aran after a visit to Highwall and subsequently returned several times to dine and be with her lover. When her brother, Shahanshah Pelgos I told her that he intended to marry her off to Lord Qoren Qazar, she acted quickly. She fled to Highwall and married Ajorion Aran that same day, spurning her brother. When demanded to explain herself by her brother, she firmly announced "I have married twice for duty, I intend to spend the remainder of my days with a man of my choosing, not yours." Her marriage with Lord Ajorion was happy and healthy, and she mothered one child by him, a son named Ajarox. She spent the remainder of her days quietly. She was briefly considered for the Golden Falcon Throne during the Imperial Election of V 90, but by V 90 she was senile, infirm, bedridden, and did not even know that she was being considered, and so her claim and the claims of her children were passed over.
