Morban's War is the name given to the war between the nation of Ibb and the Yalid of Ya'ardamat. The war ended with the adoption of the Qatan and Addiroi by Siita, invoking Her divine protection and wrath. Morban himself would be smited personally by an angel of Siita, his soul sent to the Halls of Karad-Dun for judgement while his corpse was contorted into a dark effigy of thorns, vines, bones, and roots. In a day, vines grew over the entirety of Morban's realm, killing nearly all of his people and prompting a group of pilgrims, led by his son Korlane, to flee the continent with Quil-ren stored within an ark.
