Ta'hemat is the worlds southernmost landmass. It is an icy wasteland of unknown extent, characterized by ice spikes, chaotic terrain, and howling winds.
It is speculated by several scholars and magi that Ta'hemat and Lamelet are possibly a single landmass.
Ta'hemat is also the graveyard of the Frost Giant. As such, the jumbled plains are littered with Frost Giant corpses in various states of turning to ice. It is speculated that the chaotic terrain may be created by or enhanced by millennia of Frost Giants having been laid to rest there, with the wind eroding their ice corpses until all that remains are spikes, hills, and abstract shapes.
