Queen Olyvia III Orthed was an early ruler of Deadhill. Olyvia was known as a warrior queen of unparalleled strength, wielding a bow that stood at twelve feet tall if the songs are to be believed. She greatly increased the reach and domains of House Orthed. She made war against King Cargood V Keen, bringing House Keen into vassalage of Deadhill.

Olyvia made war against the Stone Giant chieftain A'vak, famously killing him by shooting a gigantic arrow into his heart. For this she became known to history as Olyvia the Giantslayer. She took his stone heart as a trophy of war, where it still remains in the Old Palace of Deadhill.
