Duke Bartoli Meranda was the Duke of Meranda and head of House Meranda, as well as the Hierarch of Neria, during the Conquest of Neria. Bedridden, infirm, and ridden with dementia by the time of the war, Duke Meranda was not involved in prosecuting the war. He died bedridden during the war, though some suspected foul play.
