Duke Lorenzo Sweetwine was the Duke of Sweetwine and Hierarch of Neria during the Conquest of Neria. He succeeded the bedridden and infirm Bartoli Meranda during the last year of the Conquest, declaring himself Hierarch without an election following an internal palace coup. Duke Sweetwine's reign lasted less than a year, ending when he was forced to submit to Pelegon VI.
