Queen Liona I Scelza, remembered as Liona the Lioness, was the head of House Scelza during the Conquest of Neria. She bent the knee to Shahanshah Pelegon VI without a fight, adding her substantial levies to his in exchange for lordship over all of Neria and a marriage pact, becoming the first Queen of Neria. Liona would die in the Bleeding Plague epidemic of V 301.
