Diego Lancaster was a member of House Lancaster. Known to have a stutter which left him soft-spoken, he was derisively called Dumb Diego by his father, Umberto Ramos. Despite his father's low estimation of him, Diego is an accomplished merchant and the current Minister of Coin and Mint.
