Whispers of a Thousand Maws

The Sanguine Knights have been conducting themselves around the Spine of the World and have recently been discovered to have gotten themselves some strange material that was used a far back as the Netherese times. They seem to swear loyalty to a being known only as "The Duchess of Sanguine", who in turn serve a coven of Night Hags from the Shadowfell.
