The manager of the Gilman House, is a cordial woman of indefinable age. Every morning, she is seen jogging on the Water Street promenade with tastefully coordinated leotard, leggings and leg warmers in various shades of purple and fuchsia. Although the length of her tenure suggests she is well into her fifties, she looks barely above thirty. After all, exercise, good genes and a pinch of cosmetic magic do work wonders!
