The Whateleys have controlled much of the criminal activities in Innsmouth and its surroundings for more than a decade. Lavinia, a statuesque woman with pale skin and a thick mane of platinum blonde hair, is the current leader of the family. She is notorious for brooking neither disrespect nor meddling in her business.
