He manages the Ferris wheel on behalf of his friend Randolph Carter, its owner of record, currently on a journey of many years. Despite repeated attempts by the Carter’s relatives to reclaim the property, the swami has always been able to produce documentation of his friend’s wishes that the local authorities found more than sufficient.
