The eccentric owner of a shop of trinkets, odds and ends who always has the right item for the wrong problem… even if (some say “especially if”) it is an item Woody definitely shouldn’t have at all.
Affable and well-read, he is the man every local prestigious family turns to when it wants to dig into its past to unearth lost possessions or ancient relics. Mr. Plunders is well-versed in local folklore and New England legends, and he is friends with many of Innsmouth’s high school teachers, with whom he spends long nights in the back of his shop.
Of course, everyone imagines them deep in intense philosophical diatribes and academic debates… but the truth is that they spend their evenings playing Warhammer!
