Gilman House

In Town Square, Innsmouth’s eponymous main square, is Gilman House, the town’s only hotel. This tall brick building has a roof from which one can admire the panoramic view of the city center and the beautiful vistas of the mouth of the Manuxet. Initially, its two top floors were meant for large luxurious suites for rich tourists, but when the original project to turn Innsmouth into an important tourist attraction failed, they were split into individual rooms for greater commercial versatility. Gilman House is an affordable luxury hotel and, as it is the only hotel left in town, enjoys enough customers to make it sustainable despite Innsmouth’s small size.
