Details

Overlooking the beautiful Church Street is one of the most easily identifiable buildings in Innsmouth, the Esoteric Order of Dagon. The facade of this large building is done in the Neoclassic style and decorated with a series of faux columns; the gold lettering on black contrasts well with the almost blinding white stone of the rest of the building. Back when the town was founded, it was the seat of the local mason lodge, until, halfway through the nineteenth century, it became the meeting place for a corrupt quasi-pagan cult from one of the Pacific islands.

Today, it is an exclusive club, a brotherhood of sorts whose members belong to the most influential families of the town.
