Daughter of a wealthy merchant-prince Belkharios and one of the Sunspire's greatest mages, Magistrix Xevringer, Belkharia was destined for a life of ease and privilege.It is thus unfortunate that all the dance halls, wineshops and galleries she was supposed to spend her time in got blasted away by the wrath of the Death Sun.
Thrust into a life of hardship along with her brothers and sisters, Belkharia was the one to adjust most readily, taking charge during relief efforts, and confronting all dangers of her new situation head-on. And so it was only natural that her character, combined with her mother's influence and her father's wealth, led her to the office of Lord-Regent, one of the highest military commanders of what remained of Sunspire's military.
