The Coursers of Tornosk started the campaign as Vytautas' Coursers, a unit of Freeguild Cavaliers that accompanied the Marshal across Lake Vitiis and aided with their devastating charges. However, the unit has become well-known for both their hardy Ghurish nature, and the amount of luck they seem to have in their endeavors. It were these cavaliers who took down the statue of clan Malorus, broke twice through the ranks of the Laughing Ones, and more importantly, seem to leave their battles with unusual few casualties for such a heavily used unit. This has won them the admiration of many residents around lake Vitiis due to their persistant nature, while many of the Wildercorps and the Steelhelms grumble about more ´Taciturn´ behaviour of these Cavaliers with getting out of dodge when the battle seems to turn for the worse.
Regardless, the Coursers of Tornus are known as some of the most veteran soldiers within the ranks of the Dawn Heralds. Their leader, an Archknight named Traiden, has recently seen himself promoted to Cavalier-Marshal. Known as both cunning leader and a skilled dragoon, Traiden has found himself in a strange position, with great power, but also a back where all skaven want to push a knife into. All his wits will be necessary for him to come out of this conflict alive, let alone victorious.
