Mill, a renowned starshipwright, was executed by the Hegemony for building the True Hegemon's spaceship Ascension. He always taught his shipwrights to always build with gusto and to always love the ships they create. Never to disown them even if they are used for evil. The act of building a ship is neither good nor evil. Do not blame the ships. A creator should be resolutely proud of their ships.
He also created the 51st Legion's Dreadnought Scorpio, which rained devastation upon his home world Planet Mem during the Mem Uprising.
Note: Mill is based on Franky's mentor, Tom, who worked on a ship that the World Government didn't agree with. With the Hegemony, it seemed fitting to have a similar relationship. Leaving this here as inspiration.
