Gibby was something of a legend around Briskwater, famous for his scavenging and for being completely mad, but mostly harmless if left alone. He kept mostly to the western side of the forest, near the road between Stormhaven and Briskwater. Besides carrying his bags of various more or less useful items, Gibby was also known to carry a particularly vicious Bag of Devouring, that he had somehow managed to tame into being useful.
Most patrols left him alone when they encountered him, as it was said to bring bad luck to try to kill him. Besides, he often carried useful information on any approaching dangers from the nearby lands. Occasionally, he would be willing to part with trinkets and even usable items he found by scavenging the corpses of those who did not manage to survive in the wilds.
After encountering the party on their way to Briskwater where they eventually ended up attacking him, the whereabouts of Gibby was unknown.
