Tricks was a wandering hunter accompanied by his trusty companion beast, Pax, who could be said to be the true brain behind the team. Tricks briefly travelled with The Party, but ended up leaving the party in a rage over not being allowed to loot the monastery in Briskwater. Prior to this, he had visited Stormhaven in order to learn more about the Tooth of the Dancing Devil that he was carrying. The tooth later attached itself to Valkyrie.
The party later found out that Tricks frequently worked for Gregorious.
