Darceron was a trained specialist in subterfuge, stealth and undercover operations who served the Briskwater Monastery, serving time together with Valkyrie and Slack in days now past. He was highly intelligent and skilled in mysterious powers over shadows enhanced by his elven blood.
The party found Darceron in a state of stasis, being connected to the black water that had infected the monastery. When Balogun tore away the strip of goo connecting Darceron to the water, Balogun took his place, but was unable to steer his mind against it in the same manner.
In the event that followed, Darceron assisted the party in destroying a powerful Oblex that had taken advantage of the crisis to create a lair in the monastery commons sections.
Following these eventful nights, Darceron infiltrated the Briskwater Academy, where he took the shape of an office clerk, allowing the party access to certain records and a way in to speak to the captured Ulgrith.
