I use Kanka to track the locations my group of players visit and all the characters they meet. East-America

In East America it's all about the different areas, cities, characters and items that you can discover and of course the adventures you can experience with them.

The history of the United States of America began with the arrival of Native Americans around 15,000 BC. Numerous indigenous cultures emerged, but many disappeared in the 16th century. The arrival of Christopher Columbus in 1492 began the European colonization of the Americas.

The 1800s were a decade of drastic changes. The advances of the past three decades in the 18th century had propelled the industrial revolution into a global movement, with entire wars fought with the newly developed technologies, giving impetus to imperialist campaigns in Africa and Asia, as well as the counter-movement.

The 1850 United States Census was the seventh United States census. Conducted by the Census Office, it determined that the inhabitants of East America were 22,888,187, including 3,204,313 slaves.

Estimates place the different breeds as follows:

In Oost-Amerika draait het om de verschillende gebieden, steden, personages en items die je kan ontdekken én uiteraard de avonturen die je ermee kan beleven.

De geschiedenis van de United States of America begon met de komst van indianen rond 15.000 voor Christus. Er ontstonden talloze inheemse culturen, maar velen verdwenen in de 16e eeuw. De komst van Christopher Columbus in 1492 begon de Europese kolonisatie van Amerika.

De jaren 1800 waren een decennium van drastische veranderingen. De vorderingen van de afgelopen drie decennia in de 18e eeuw hadden de industriële revolutie tot een wereldwijde beweging gedreven, met hele oorlogen die werden uitgevochten met de nieuw ontwikkelde technologieën, die een impuls gaven aan imperialistische campagnes in Afrika en Azië, evenals aan de tegenbeweging.

Afflicted

The Afflicted are a group of people who are descendants of a society which suffered a terrible fate. Their homelands were ruptured by fissures which exposed a leyline of toxic primordial energy. Many members of this society simply died as a result of the toxic radiation, but a select few were able to survive. Most survivors moved on, but some decided to stay within the toxic region. They reasoned that living within the boundaries of the toxicity would protect them from foreign invasion and colonization. Over centuries, their bodies adapted to the radiation and now they thrive in societies which have been isolated from the world at large, living lives free of war and foreign politics.


Anomlians

Anomlians are parasitic creatures from a dimension known simply as 'the Void.' In their truest form they are gelatinous purple and black blobs. But they are rarely in this form as they leech from other organisms for sustenance. When Anomlians find a host, they enter their being and override their nervous system, assuming complete control over their mind and body through charismatic force. How these beings escaped to the material plane is unknown. They have no true purpose other than to survive.


Cactoids

Cactoids are sentient cactus-people. The exact origins of these people is unknown but it is highly suggested that they are influenced by the same primordial magic which drives Elementals. Unlike Elementals, Cactoids possess more agency and are capable of cohabitating with other intelligent life. They are largely desert dwellers and possess superior survivability in those climates.


Changelings

A changeling can change his face and shape with a thought. Many money changers use this gift as a form of artistic and emotional expression, but it is invaluable to con artists, spies and others who want to cheat. This leads many people to treat known money changers with fear and suspicion.


Couatlborn

Couatlborn are snake-like humanoids which were crafted, rather than emerging as a product of evolution. They have scaled skin which is usually composed of some combination of white, green, orange, and pink. They have short reptilian faces and serpent-like tails. Couatlborn are sometimes capable of growing feathers along their head and arms which can be styled. They have four-fingered hands (including thumbs) with small claw-like fingertips and pawed, dinosaur[1]like feet. Couatlborn reproduce through egg-laying, like snakes and birds.


Elves

Elves have unearthly grace and delicate features and are hauntingly beautiful to humans and members of many other races. They are on average the same height as Humans, ranging from over They are slimmer than Humans and weigh only 40 to 60 kg. They are blessed with a long life often spanning a millennium of years of life. The oldest elves could live even older than 3000 years.

  • High Elves
    High Elves have a sharp mind. They are haughty and withdrawn, believing themselves superior to non-Elves and even other Elves.
  • Wood Elves
    Wood Elves have keen senses and intuition, and with nimble feet they fly swiftly and stealthily through the native forests. They are often friendlier and common with Humans and other races.

Half-Elves

Half-Elves walk in two worlds but actually belong to neither, Half-Elves combine what some say are the best qualities of their Elf and Human parents: Human curiosity, inventiveness and ambition tempered by the refined senses, love of the nature and artistic taste of the Elves. Some Half-Elves live among Men, distinguished by their emotional and physical differences, watching friends and loved ones age while time barely touches them. Others live with the Elves and grow restless as they mature in the timeless Elves realms, while their peers continue to live as children.


Quarter-Elves

Quarter-Elves are more Human than Elf, yet the creatures of this race are an intriguing bunch. They look and behave like Humans, but their bodies age less quickly. While the average Human lives to be 80 years old, Quarter-Elves can live up to 200 years.


Extraterrestrials

Extraterrestrials are descended from a race of people who visited the prime material plane from another, more technologically developed, material plane. These people made their home in the floating ship which they arrived in. That was until the large mothership malfunctioned and forced the visitors to crash land. Amongst the early intelligent races, they were forced by circumstance into working with them in order to ensure their survival in the unfamiliar landscape. Now, though the knowledge that their race originates from another plane is commonplace, the Extraterrestrials reside with the other intelligent life in tandem.


Humans

Humans are the most adaptable and ambitious creatures among the common races. They have very different tastes, morals and customs in the many different countries where they have settled. But when they settle, they stay: they build cities that last for centuries and great kingdoms that can last for centuries. An individual Human may have a relatively short lifespan (~80 years), but a Human nation or culture preserves traditions with origins far beyond the reach of a single Human memory. They live fully in the present - making them well suited to the adventurous life - but also plan for the future and strive to leave a lasting legacy. Individually and as a group, Humans are flexible opportunists and remain alert to changing political and social dynamics.


Rougaru

The Rougaru are a race of wolf-people deceptively akin to Werewolves. Rougaru and Werewolves are only related in appearance, they share no biological or zoological relationship. Rougaru are born inherently wolf-people. Unlike Werewolves, who are magically created from other humanoids through a process of lycanthropy, Rougarus’ wolf[1]forms are their true forms. They are born that way, they live that way, and they die that way. They are not quelled by silver, stakes, or divine magics, as they are not lycanthropic. Rougaru often live in packs in their own isolationist societies.


Yuan-Ti Purebloods

Yuan-Ti Purebloods are serpent creatures left over from an ancient, decadent Human Kingdom. Centuries ago, their dark gods taught them profane, cannibalistic rituals to mix their flesh with that of serpents, spawning a society of hybrids in which the most serpentine are the leaders and the most human are spies and agents in foreign lands.

Campaign

This campaign starts in Nashville where a group of gunslinging adventurers decided together to stop fighting for fun and start fighting for a cause. The american ideologies and constructs are beginning to shift in the favor of the minorities of the west, but unfortunately many want to put a stop to that development. Our heroes gather and rise up against the powers of the conservatives and nationalists in an epic tale of rebellion and redemption.

State

Map

Tennessee is a constituent state of the United States of America. It is located in the upper South of the eastern United States and became the 16th state of the union in 1796. The geography of Tennessee is unique. Its extreme breadth of 432 miles (695 km) stretches from the Appalachian Mountain boundary with North Carolina in the east to the Mississippi River borders with Missouri and Arkansas in the west; its narrow width, only 112 miles (180 km), separates its northern neighbours, Kentucky and Virginia, from Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, to the south. Nashville is the capital and Memphis the largest city.

The geographic diversity of Tennessee has generated a variety of economic, social, and cultural patterns that have led residents to perceive the state in terms of three “grand divisions”: East, Middle, and West Tennessee. East Tennessee, dominated geographically by the Great Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau (also called Cumberland Mountains), is the home of the state’s well-known mountain traditions. Knoxville, and Kingsport are East Tennessee’s major population centres. Middle Tennessee has level, fertile land interrupted regularly by gently rolling hills; it traditionally has been a balanced agricultural and commercial region, with Nashville as its main urban centre. West Tennessee is mainly flat land with rich soil and long has had an economy based on plantation agriculture, notably cotton.

South Carolina is a constituent state of the United States of America. It lies on the southern Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Shaped like an inverted triangle with an east-west base of 285 miles (459 km) and a north-south extent of about 225 miles (360 km), the state is bounded on the north by North Carolina, on the southeast by the Atlantic Ocean, and on the southwest by Georgia. Columbia, located in the centre of the state, is the capital and largest city.
