Itchy, cankerous boils and cysts erupt over the character’s
body. These sores are a constant distraction, and impose
disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks. When
subject to an attack that deals acid damage, the fluid in a
few of the cysts drains away, granting resistance to the
attack.
