This is a district in Chicago founded by Japanese immigrants a long time ago. There is a cultural conflict between the traditionalists that wants to stays true to the "Japanese ways" inside the city, whereas many descendants mix local tendencies with the Japanese culture.
The Tengoku Temple (天国の神殿) is the main place where Shintoists still visit in the city. They say there are kami protecting the place. The second temple in this district is the Moon Temple (月の神殿), where many of the old kami are worshiped.
There is a Ley Line where the Moon Temple was build. This Ley Line is protected by the Tsukikage.
