Divergents are theHighbourne coming from the rare offspring of Archons and humans, embodying a unique blend of divine logic and human complexity. They typically possess remarkable intellect, an innate understanding of systems and order, and a strong sense of duty and justice. However, their emotional detachment and rigid worldview can cause them to struggle with making connections, leading to feelings of isolation. These often see the world through a very different lens, making them seem distant or cold. Many Divergents emote either less or differently, which may be seen as “off” to others, even if just subconsciously. Many of them have an inescapable urge to solve problems, or to be right. Although they don’t have a full Confusion State like their Archon ancestor, some do experience sensory overload, or shut down into an anxious, nonverbal state. Their story is one of navigating the space between divine order and human unpredictability, seeking to understand their place in a world that doesn’t always adhere to logic.
