Fontanda is a place to come from, not necessarily a place to go to. It's small, it's too hot for most of the people of the Great Lands. It's known for the semi caste like structure of the people who live there. For the most part, people do what their species is, but not strictly.
The Dragonborn are the nobles and government.
The Lizardfolk are the warriors.
The Tortle are the clergy and mystics.
The Grung are the farmers, sailers, and peasants.
The Kobold are the smiths and the millers.
However, it is not uncommon to encounter a unit of warriors made up of mostly people who are not Lizardfolk.
