The Isle of Tortuga is a tropical paradise just off the southern coast of Chordas. It is home to the long-lived Tortles. The western portion of the isle is home to many monastic orders and ancient cities tucked away in the dense jungles. The majority of the Tortle population live there in quiet seclusion, leading simple lives of meditation and mindfulness. The lively parts of the isle lie to the east, where several large port towns have become home to pirates and buccaneers of all races and inclinations.
