The towering mountains of Aarok are home to the Aarakocra, a winged avian people who feel at home among the clouds. Though their land is vast, communities in Aarok are sparse and small, with each small mountainside village eeking out subsistence from the snowy peaks however they can. Communication across the country generally only happens by the Aarokocran Courier Expedition, an organization of brave messengers and scouts who brave the winds and weather to bring news to and from each little community.
