Yes. I believe I have located your ... friend. He appears to be hiding, although not very well, at the old Carnock Fishery on the point inside the port. The day I received your note, I was able to locate him in the dock ward. I followed him for most of the day. He seemed, erratic, let's say. He wandered in and out of some shady places near his home and in the dock ward for most of the day. He looked very tired, very filthy and VERY nervous. He then spent some time at Blackwood manor where it appears had bathed and found some cleaner clothes. From there, he demanded one of the guards transport him to the north of the city. There, he made contact with a lovely young woman at Rosznar Villa. They spoke on the front porch. They argued and she slammed the door in his face. From there, he proceeded back home. He was continuously looking over his shoulder making him very difficult to follow. It is like he was expecting to be followed but I assure you, he didn't know I was there.
He spent the night at Blackwood Manor. When I found him again this morning, he seemed much calmer and cleaner. He hired a small boat again at the dock, rowed across the harbor to the fishery and I have not seen him since.
