Current Situation
- Our heroes have just arrived in Nightstone after delivering Westra (née Rommel) Blackwood and Ander Blackwood to Mirt's Hunting Lodge in the Ardeep Forest. Tabitha Keeling left a note ( Tabitha's Departure ) and has apparently left the party for a time.
Session Summary
- They tested the stones and decided not to put the stones together.
- They extended an invitation to Lady Nandar to attend the benefit.
- She promised to search her husband's library to send them anything she could find on the Nightstone or the local history.
- They pick up the troll skulls from the butcher's son.
- They decide to leave for Waterdeep. They patch up the carriage and head back to Waterdeep.
- They track down Mirt at a Tavern and alert him that Ander and Lady B are safe and sound with Erky at the lodge.
Next Day Eleint 21
- Elyana brews ale: apples, ginger, ashwood. Dirty 20 on the roll. The higher the roll the higher the profits will be
- Elyana and Dhann are going to learn sign language from the urchins.
- Z picked up his rings from the Genassis
- All went to visit Trench. There are precisely 8 deadbolts on Trench's door.
- Met a Dwarven cleric named Dorin who helped interpret the book of symbols from the Nightstone:
- The symbols in the book are in the order they appear on the Nightstone
- They seem to tell a creation story
- They show the beginning of light, the beginning of dark, the beginning of heat, and the beginning of magic.
- There are a few symbols representing different schools of magic. There are a few that aren't there and one that is apparently a school with which they are not familiar.
- It shows the apparent imprisonment of Cyric.
- It shows the planar tree with a portion missing.
