A rare half-elf of Drow descendance, Jalad is a little suspicious of people at first, but is learning to trust more and more each day. After completing his training, he was sent by the Order to the mainland on a few short missions but has found a niche as the captain of one of CliffHarbor’s three merchant vessels. He loves the island and all the people there, but always feels self-conscious about his ancestry and wonders if others secretly distrust him. He hopes someday to reunite and adventure with his best friend, Barrett Thunderwood.
