A Gnome hired by Dagult Neverember to keep tabs on his son, Renaer Neverember. He was never very good at being stealthy about it, and Renaer knew of his assignment while the Gnome had no idea he was being watched, himself.
He was often using an odd, item-locating device that emitted a good amount of clicking and whirring, trying to locate the Stone of Golorr for Dagult. Delakar was murdered outside of Trollskull Tavern in the middle of a winter's night, and the stone filched off of his body by Nat before being handed over to the Trollmates.
