The lefthand image is an inscription taken from the Wizard's End caves near Screeching Sara Webwhistler's home. The right hand image is an illustration from another source, that seems to depict the same thing. These illustrations also seem to reflect the drawing of the Creation Stones page.
The image is accompanied by a poem:
