A snowy owl, exiled and doomed to live eternally on the Material Plane as punishment for his crimes against the former familiars that make up the citizenry of Miridia. The former familiar of the Prince of Lies, Cyric, Stout remained fiercely loyal to Cyric's cause and attempted to free and aid the deity from the Miridian plane. He is the cause of much suffering and anguish for those who fell to his nefarious plans before the Bragands, hosting the motivation of the Maybesitters, put a stop to his actions.
Because Stout was physically being banished from Mirida to the Material Plane, items that were held by him would transport as well - but only if he was reassigned the role of familiar to a willing person. In order to bring the Mythal seed from the realm of Rune Dawnfeather to the Material Plane, Dhann bonded with the owl. In his new hell, Stout must abide by the rules that govern familiars. Additionally, because the bond was made by force and not by choice, it is uncomfortable for both the owl and the Cleric. Slowly, they are learning to work alongside each other, if not necessarily together, just yet.
As a sentence, Stout is now a physical owl, never to return to the eternal state of living in Miridia. Transporting with him were a few belongings; a small vest with magical pockets in which certain items were stored to transport them to the Material plane. He also wore a locket, bearing Cyric's skull sigil. Inside is a small portrait of Stout and what looks to be a very young Cyric.
