Chiro, during his early reign as leader of Dion, was seen as more of a partier than a ruler. Schmoozing artists and diplomats, he did at least manage to solidify alliances and promote Dionese culture across Ozel. It wasn't until the Empire came knocking on Sadah's door that he started to assume his role more seriously. By the time of his death in the Sacking of Troriraxos, and especially after, he became a national hero and regarded as one of the greatest Dionese rulers of all time.
