Not much is known of Kiron's childhood, but traditionally royal children are separated from the majority of society, instead devoting their time nearly-entirely to statesmanship and combat. Being weak in either meant almost-certain disowning. Alliance spies have estimated that Kiron had at least two pretenders before him before he showed his exceptional skills. When he ascended as Emperor, he wasted no time in continuing the war effort, keeping true to the belief that being emperor meant he was a literal God.
