When Adraria was invaded, many of their local scholars and intellectuals were taken in by the Empire to be either reeducated or, failing that, exterminated. Amina Chorrell was lucky to have escaped in time, having only lost an arm in the process. Nonetheless, she was thankful for her life, and devoted her life to further studies about human nature, culture, and civilization. Recently her studies have turned her towards the Frigid Mountain tribes, and it was for this interest that she was granted the title of Diplomat. It's a hard job, but Amina has taken it in stride, and she hopes that one day everyone in the mountains will be able to, at least, get along enough to help in the fight against the ones who took her homeland away from her.
